 Release Letter ~ Fall 2006 Although I have been busy with Harvest, I have also had the opportunity of speaking with many of you. I do listen to my customers and have decided to make some changes. Some of the past changes made based upon your requests have included the addition of larger formats (3L) and the 500ml Napa Cabernet to the release letters. With this letter, I am offering the opportunity to purchase individual bottles of the 2003 One Lane Bridge, Fifteen-Forty and Second Chance Vineyard Designates. Keep in mind, however, that quantities are limited. Please note you are receiving two order forms. The first is our Preferred Customer Order Form. You are also receiving our Library Wines Order Form that is only offered to our top supporters and features rare prior vintage wines and big bottles. I have been hanging on to my 2001 Howell Mountain and Second Chance wines like my children, but in the Holiday Spirit I would like to share the 2001 vintage with you for your past support of Neal Family Vineyards. Your order form contains an allocation of the 2001 Howell Mountain and Second Chance Cabernet Sauvignon. Orders will be accepted first come, first serve and this will be your last chance at this vintage as I am sure it will all be sold. I am also offering the final few cases of the 1998 and 1999 Napa Valley Cabernet. You will find these rare items on the Library Wines Order Form. You may have heard I am bottle-aging my wines longer. They will only be released based upon the collective decision of Gove, Kelly and myself. The 2004 Napa Cabernet, bottled in early September, will not be released until Spring 2007. Order forms for this release will be mailed in January of 2007. By the way, the May Dinner is on the 5th. We are accepting RSVP. Please send a check made out to PUC Elementary School for $400 per couple. We will be going all out again, I need to start pouring more of my Personal Cellar wines. This coming year we will have various vintages of Harlan, Heitz “Martha’s Vineyard”, Colgin, Screaming Eagle; a few Bryant’s, old La Jota’s You get the picture. This last May we raised $35,000 thanks to your very generous donations. Margaretha is working on an even larger live auction this year. Please contact us if you have any questions.
